The best-designed scrubber pad for the shower
I've been using these scrubber pads with the short plastic handle as well as the telescopic metal long handle for about 6 years now, and
- find it the most thoughtfully designed product for cleaning the shower / tub surround tiling and shower base in our bathrooms,
- find that the pads clean effectively but yet do not scratch softer plastic tub surfaces or shower glass doors.
In the last couple of years though, there appears to be a fall in quality of the refill pads. The blue colour tends to run and discolour the grout lines between the tiles and the textured surface of the shower base. I hope 3M is listening and will take appropriate action to correct this.

Works fine if you know the handle trick
This would be a good scrubber if the instructions were better. The diagram printed on the handle is really misplaced. Luckily, Customer Service is used to complaints about the handle not staying extended and the scrubber spinning around, which renders it maddenly useless. Here's the trick. Hold the scrubber by the blue handle with one hand and by the blue end near the scrubber with the other hand. Twist the blue handle end counterclockwise. You may have to twist about 20 times, but eventually you will feel the apparatus tighten. Once you get the thing tight, it will take only a couple of twists to loosen or tighten the handle.

Hooray! I Found My Misplaced Tub Scrubber!
I bought this scrubber a couple of years ago. Between going to college at the age of 73 and some medical issues, I misplaced my scrubber. Just found it today, and have been dancing around the house after I scrubbed my tub. What a difference! With just a regular Scotch Brite scrubber, it took me at least 15 minutes to scrub the tub/shower. I found my Tub Scrubber with the extendable handle, and I completed the job in 5 minutes! I had forgotten how easy this tool makes it to scrub our tub/shower. Thank you, Scotch Brite, My arthritic back and hands have never felt so good after cleaning the tub/shower. I would give you 10 stars if I could!

Good idea, bad follow through!
I like the idea of the extendable handle and the pivoting scrub pad, however, neither one works properly. The handle does not stay extended and the scrub pad
continually flops around. I was so frustrated trying to use it, I was ready to throw it in the trash, however, I decided to put it aside and give it another chance once I calmed down. Unfortunately, the next attempt resulted in the same frustration! I am ready to trash it, but, thought I would at least let you know I find this product completely unsatisfactory. I'm always looking for new products to simplify household chores, sadly, this one does not.

Where to purchase the refill?
I purchased this item a couple of years ago. I have a very bad back. I'm on a fixed income and I just can't stand in the stores waiting in line. My reach is limited. I tried this product and feel madly in love with it. The reach was amazing and the scrubbing was very little. My shower was clean again. Now after a few uses, I could NOT find the refills. The stores say you discontinued this product. Please I know there are more people like me out there and we sure want and need to stay independant and this is the perfect product for us. I have been using Scrubbing Bubbles but the fumes just kill me. There is no fumes to this product.As you can tell I just love this product!!!! HELP ME PLEASE.

Bath Scrubber Review
I was very excited about this product as I have trouble bending to clean the tub like I want to. The pad itself does great, has super scrubbing power, but when I tried to use it with the handle, it popped off where the pad connects to the handle. There are 2 plastic do-dads that you can pop the handle back in to. Unfortunately, one of them broke off about the second or third time I tried to use a little pressure in order to scrub.
I don't know if you are just not supposed to scrub/use any pressure or what, but I could not the use this with the handle after it broke. Duct-taping it back together was no good either. I hated wasting the money for this! It's a great idea, but the handle needs to be made stronger maybe...

I love the Shower Scrubber
I love the ease and convienence of the Shower scubber. The adjustable handle lets me get from the top of the shower to the bottom of the shower with ease and comfort. I no longer have to stand in the shower and stretch to reach all those little corners and top of the shower. Nor do I have to bend really low to get the corners or the drain of the shower. I no longer have backaches from having to bend and scrub. The sponge scrubber works great on the ceramic tile leaving no scracth marks. It keeps my tile sparkeling and bright as the day we had it installed. This scubber has made cleaning my shower so much easier. Thank you for providing such a great product.

I wanted to like it...
The pad itself is fine, although it might have been better if it had been round. The angled pad is a nice idea in theory, but not so hot in practice. It doesn't really get into the corners of the tub that well.
The handle will not stay extended no matter what I do with it. It always slips down and the pad spins around on the end. It makes it frustrating to use, so I usually don't.
It could have been a great product, and I need a long-handled scrubber for the tub and the shower stall, but this one falls short.
