Scotch-Brite® Scrub Dots Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge is rated 4.1 out of 5 by 92.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money and time Bought a 2pk tried that night. Not what I expect from Scotch-Brite. There's no power in the dots. Would cost me more in gas to return. The sponge dries out quicker than the regular yellow sponge with green scrubby, the dots have no scrubbing power at all. Just feeling the scrub side it didn't feel even mildly abrasive at all. First tried on my glass cooktop tried the second to wash dishes. Both failed with every scrub. The sponge failed to absorb water off the counter scrub dots failed to scrub. The original sponge absorbs and scrubs much better. Will stick with the original Scotch-Brite sponge.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy I bought these to try out and it was the worst decision ever!! Scratched up my stainless steel knives and I threw it away. Well I still had the other sponge from the pack in the drawer and before I could tell my husband not to use it, he used it on our counter tops and it has scratched up our entire island and I can't get rid of the scratches!!! Worst product ever! They also were awful after I used them on my skillet, I couldn't get rid of the black residue and after only using the sponge for 2 days, it had an awful odor. I have never had this problem with any sponge before. Don't waste your money on this product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not what I expected I bought these scrubbers because I thought they would work even better than the regular Scotch-Brite scrubbers I normally get. They were advertised as rinsing clean, and I didn't think they would scratch. But all 3 of the scrubbers I bought are very dirty from scrubbing pots and pans, and I can't get the black "gunk" off of the scrubber side, even when I run them through the dishwasher. And I just tried to use one to clean off the top of my stove. After just 2 or 3 scrubs I now have several scratches on my stove top. I'm very disappointed in the performance of these, and I would not purchase them again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid product but.... I received this product as a sample from 3M to evaluate. Like all of their Scrub Sponges, I expected nothing but the best from it. Having a sponge side and a scub side makes it very versatile to use. It performed well, and took off some pretty caked on food without much effort. It also held abrasive cleaner well to scrub the counter top. I felt the pattern wasn't quite raised enough to really add a true scrubbing surface without clogging. Also, when you bent it, the abrasive side tended to crack, hastening its failure as an abrasive surface. While it looked good, I'll stick with my green abrasive scrub sponge

Rated 5 out of 5 by from All the qualities I look for I received a free sample of the product and I was pleasantly surprised. I don't usually use sponges because: 1) every brand I've tried shreds as I use them, 2) the bacterial accumulation inherent to sponges used for multiple types of clean up - and the mildew-y smell as the sponge ages, 3) cheese - which sticks more than most other types of food, also sticks to the sponge which scrubs it off. Not only did this sponge stay together without breaking into pieces - but I couldn't detect an odor after the sponge was wet for a few days. Cheese didn't stick as much to this sponge as others I've tried. Mostly, I really like the scrub dots - they didn't affect any of my non-stick surfaces.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nifty heavy duty sponge! I had two vases that had been used to hold plant cuttings in water for an extended period of time. We have extremely hard water here, so there was hard water residue on both vases. I had tried everything to get it off, with no success. I received a free sample of the Scrub Dots Heavy Duty Scrub Sponge (in exchange for my honest review), and decided to try it on the vases. The sponge took off every bit of heavy water residue on both vases and left them looking as good as new! It was also gentle enough that it left no scratches on the glass. Very impressive for a heavy duty sponge.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best sponges hands down Though I received a sample of this product for my honest review I have to confess I’ve been using these sponges on and off for years. I love them. They last longer on the same tasks than other look-a-like sponges. I generally use these do cleaning around the house, scrubbing in the bathroom shower and sinks, I use them to clean the toilets, I use them for dishes, I use them for cleaning things like the dog crates, grill, cleaning the oven, cleaning the fridge...etc. Sometimes when there’s a sale I’ll but a generic brand but the genetics don’t have the secret sauce. I notice that they crack and th green area starts to fray faster than the 3M brand. So yeah I love these sponges because they last longer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scrub Dots Sponge falls apart I like the idea of the scrub dots, the food does not become imbedded in the scrub part of the sponge. But... after one week of normal usage, the sponge starts to fall apart. The scrub dots separates from the sponge. I have also noticed that the sponge starts to fall apart as well. I have bits of yellow sponge in my dish water. When I clean sharp knives, i am very careful to ensure that the knife does not cut the sponge. I think this should go back to the drawing board, and a lot more "real world" testing should be done.
