Great improvement to a useful product
I was sent this product to review, and I'm very pleased with it. I always liked the idea of dishwands, but they never worked well because there was no way to keep the soap from leaking out or from dispensing more than was needed. I finally gave up on the soap part and just used the old ones as convenient long-handled sponges for wiping out bottles and such. This new version, though, lets me only dispense soap when I want it, and so far doesn't seem to leak, which will make it more cost effective as well as better for light cleanups. I especially like it for a quick cleaning of recyclables, where I really just need to remove surface grease.

Great Find
I got to try a sample of this and it was such a treat. The product worked so well I almost felt like washing all the dishes in the cupboard. It's easy to use, and fun too, even for people struggling with arthritis like myself, it has an easy push button, soap comes out and lathers very well letting you know your items are getting a wonderful clean. This product has a soft grip handle that makes it easy to hold and it scrubs off foods without much effort. The head has a wide enough spout to make adding your dish soap to it a breeze and it doesn't leak or make a mess. I love this product and will be buying in the future, I recommend to all.

Fantastic Dishwand
The Scotch-Brite Dishwand is absolutely fantastic and makes washing the dishes so much easier. You just remove the cap on the bottom of the wand, fill it with your favorite dish liquid, and put the cap back on. It actually has a button that allows you to control the amount of soap that you need, unlike many others.
It is slim and fits comfortably in your hand, and also has a non-slip grip. It is very sturdy and you can replace the sponge heads. They actually have replacement sponges for this wand, so you don't have to buy a new one! It does a great job of cleaning the dishes, with very little effort. One other thing, it doesn't leak like others.

Love this!
To be honest I was not sure about this when I opened it up. I was nervous that there was a hole in the sponge to disperse the dish soap. I thought I would hate it but I actually really like the design. You are able to apply more soap when and where needed. I also thought it would leak all over which it has not. I have been using this for over a month (I use it a lot) and it is still in really good condition. The scrub pad isn’t falling off of the sponge like other products have done. This is a high quality dishwand and I am very happy with it. The one thing I wish it came with would be some type of a stand or something to hold it.

Good Design and Effective Scrubbing
I have use the Scotch-Brite Dishwand for decades due to it's convenience and effectiveness. I was happy when 3M gave me a free sample of the Scotch-Brite Advanced Soap Control Heavy Duty Dishwand to evaluate. This model has a sturdier handle, with a loop on the end to hang it up, if desired. The heavy duty scrubber works well, when compared to a copper scrubbing pad, but has the added advantage of keeping one's fingers off the abrasive surface. Additionally, the handle is properly angled relative to the Scrubber to allow for good pressure on the pan without pressure on the wrist. The scrubbing pads are interchangeable with the two different models of wands.

Nice Improvements
Have purchased this item several times over the years, and this one is a bit of improvement.
Pros:
It cleans well, dispenses soap easily (which in the past it was not so easy), the sponge seems to be better quality (in the past they tore up and separated from the base within a week).
Cons:
Do not care for the hole in the sponge to dispense the soap, I feel that you use more soap this way instead of having to dispense soap whenever the sponge was not producing suds, the scraper is useless, and I had trouble getting into some rounded edges of dishes and had to use another method to clean.

Does a super job on baked on crud
I received a product sample from 3Com and tried it out on the tough job of cleaning up after a dinner party. We had a ton of pots and pans with baked on crud that was going to take a lot of elbow grease to remove. This dish wand has a nice soap compartment that dispenses just enough to get the job done. The pad is a good shape to get into the corners and rim while still accessing the handle. I haven't had to replace the pad yet - but it looks pretty easy to do. If so, this thing could far outlast any similar cleaning tools I have tried in the past. In short, I like it a lot!

Very touch scrubber
I really like this dish washing wand. The green scrubby part is very tough--tougher than any I have ever used (I have bought at least 2 different brands in the past). This one doesn't leak soap, either. I am still keeping my brush dishwand, because it can scrub little crevices. So with both available, doing dishes will be easier. I like to keep my sink clean and clear, so this will be great. I did receive this product free for doing a review, but I am 100% honest in my reviews. I would definitely recommend this product.
