Featuring 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology, this wheel's sharp-cutting ceramic mineral is formed on non-woven nylon fibres, making for a tough but conformable abrasive that responds to surface irregularities and contours. This wheel comes with the added benefit of a Roloc™ Attachment that helps you quickly and swiftly attach the wheel to a 3M™ Roloc™ Backup Pad (sold separately) and connect to a power tool.

Scotch-Brite™ Roloc™ Deburr & Finish PRO Unitized Wheel has all the benefits operators have come to expect from our Scotch-Brite™ Abrasives, including load resistance and a responsive open web. Proprietary 3M Precision Shaped Grain technology is interwoven throughout the abrasive is engineered for hardness and strength. The sharp-cutting mineral is counteracted by soft, buoyant nylon fibres that respond to surface irregularities and contours. Gaps between fibres allow debris to escape and help minimize loading. This wheel also has a unitized design, so it features a layered construction as opposed to being wound around a core. The open web is cured and compressed for added strength and durability. You can use this wheel with a 3M™ Disc Sander (sold separately) and 3M™ Roloc™+ Holder (sold separately).
